12/31/2024. Happy New Year's Eve 🥳🎊🎉 and GOOD RIDDANCE TO 2024! Cassie let me pet her today for quite a long time. She rolled around and seemed to thoroughly enjoy it! I did two Amazon returns. I was shocked 😢 to discover that our nearby Kohl's store is closing. I also washed clothes. Our neighbor came over with a lovely card for us. The husband created a very cute picture for us for our New Year's greeting and I sent it out.
In the evening, I decided to try and clean the husband’s thermos which had residue from coffee. I used sodium percarbonate. I put in the sodium percarbonate first then filled the thermos with boiling water and put on the lid. BIG MISTAKE 😵💫😬😫! We heard a horrific bang from the kitchen. The top had violently blown completely off the thermos, hit the 9’ ceiling above it and knocked a hole in the drywall. The residue exploded all over the kitchen: cupboards, countertops, floors, over about an 8 foot radius. The residue was brown because it did clean the coffee from the thermos. It took MANY hours to clean it up and I will need to hire someone to repair the damage to the drywall and paint it. This was a fitting end to 2024: hot water heater failed, thermostat failed, lost complete power for 2 entire days, incorrectly filled in routing numbers causing very expensive late fees, cracked two ribs, and dropped a heavy panel on my right foot 🦶!

12/30/2024. I picked up my laptop from Clickaway and it works very well. The husband made us veggies in our new air fryer.
12/29/2024. The husband took me for a nice walk around the ‘hood, we shopped at Costco. He bought a lot of products to try in our new air fryer. I unpacked my suitcases 🧳 and FT’d with my sister 👩🏻.

12/28/2024. The husband unpacked the new air fryer. I rested today, still pretty tired from the Christmas adventures.
12/27/2024. We packed and were on the road by 11:15 am. We gassed ⛽️ up in Fremont. Our neighbor brought over some beautiful flowers and visited with us. The cats hid for four hours and Pebbles hissed at me!
12/26/2024. We visited with my sister. My brother-in-law and nephew were busy doing plumbing repairs. The husband took me to Black House White Market and I scored 3 pairs of pants, all on sale 🧾! We returned to my sister’s house and I tried on the pants for her. She liked them and was amazed at the low price! Later, the niece, great niece, her boyfriend and the great nephew visited, We played “trivia”, a lot of fun 🤩. My sister was exhausted so she went to bed and we all left!
12/25/2024. Merry Christmas 🎅🏼🎄✝️ ! We went over to the nieces house, she had a delicious breakfast for us. Then we opened MANY presents 🎁! The husband and I went to our hotel room to rest for a bit and then returned to the niece’s house. She cooked dinner for all of us, including a Chicken Marsala. This is one of my husband’s favorite dishes. There was a LOT of food!

Our brother-in-law goes all out with his lighted decorations. This house is his only competition. It features a snow globe that displays moving characters and moving characters with sound in two windows! Amazing!

12/24/2024. We left at noon and checked into our hotel room. Then we went over to our sister and brother-in-laws. They had a delicious 😋 meal for all of us. We concluded the evening by doing our White Elephant 🐘 gift exchange. It was fun and pretty hysterical!

12/23/2024. I watered all the indoor and outdoor plants including the phalaeonopsis and also fed them. At least four of the plants are beginning to bloom. The husband and I worked on our holiday greeting and I sent it out to the usual list. It’s a very cute poem based on our troubles (broken ribs, leaking water heater, failed thermostat, two complete power outages, etc.) over the past 90 days and formatted as “the 12 days of Christmas”.
12/22/2024. The husband took me to Costco to gas ⛽️ up. I gave our neighbor 2 jars of the honey 🍯 from our ranches, I FT’d with my sister 👩🏻, and washed 2 loads of clothes. I paid the property taxes on the ranches again with a fine 😢😢😢!
12/21/2024. I brought my laptop 💻 to Clickaway so they could order a new keyboard for me. The old one has cost me a lot of money due to the sticking keys. I had a nice shower 🧼🚿 and saw my wonderful hairdresser 💇🏻♀️. I shopped at TJ’s also.
I dropped my laptop 💻 at Clickaway so they could order a new keyboard for me. The existing keyboard has a bunch of keys that stick and that has cost me a lot of money. I entered the wrong numbers when paying property taxes and was charged a penalty!
I volunteered to bring in the husband’s old phone 📱 to get an estimate of what it would cost to repair the home button, The technician said it was not worth it. When I got home I couldn’t find his phone 📱 anywhere. I called it at least 7 times, went back to Clickaway to looked and searched high and low everywhere at home and in the car. We finally got my nephew on the phone, he has a great suggestion and we immediately found it using his technique 🎉🎊🥳! We still don’t understand why the phone wasn‘t ringing.
12/20/2024. I had my appointment at the Byers eye 👁️ institute to check for cataracts. They dilated both eyes and found cataracts. My appointment for both surgeries is scheduled for March. On one of our ranches, we’ve had hives for bees 🐝. Today, the beekeeper sent us this wonderful package of many different honey 🍯 varieties and some almonds too! What a lovely surprise!
12/19/2024. I had a video appointment with my Doctor 👩🏻⚕️ to review the test results from the Stanford emergency visit 2 weeks ago. She gave me some excellent information. She is ordering some additional tests. I gave each of our gardeners a Christmas 🎄 🎅🏼 tip. I FT’d with my sister.

12/18/2024. We had our appointment with our accountant to determine our end of year actions. We visited our friends to give her special birthday card & present 🎁. They had nuts, dip, crackers, celery and drink set out for us. We had a wonderful visit with them, they are such nice people 🥰. Look at the present I got from my cousin 😋!
12/17/2024. I watered the indoor plants and the phalaeonopsis. I had a nice shower 🚿 🧼 and we got the house ready for the cleaners. It looks great. I washed the cleaning cloths and mop heads.
My back and stomach really hurt 😔😢 today. Many months ago I lost two rulers that I really liked. I prayed about it today and searched again. While I didn’t find the two that I lost, I found two identical ones. I’m really happy about that! I ordered some orchid fertilizer and Merrill shoes at a $35 savings 🎉🎊🥳!

12/16/2024. I went through more of my old statements and organized them. I should be done in a few more hours, I ordered our two “White elephant 🐘 “ gifts and a gift for our sister 👧 /sister-in-law. The husband and I both didn’t sleep well last night.
12/15/2024. The husband & I watched the Chiefs game. Although they won, Mahomes injured his ankle and was limping. I paid my property taxes again and submitted a form for a refund of the penalty.
12/14/2024. I attended a SCVSDA emergency meeting. We got everything resolved! The husband and I shopped at Costco and TJ’s. I FT’d with my sister 👩🏻. I also straightened out a bill from Norton for virus protection. There was a tornado 🌪️ today in Scott’s Valley that did a lot of damage.
12/13/2024. I did not do much today. I FT’d my sister 👩🏻 & she is doing well following her 2nd eye 👁️ surgery.
12/12/2024. My sister 👩🏻 had her 2nd eye 👁️ surgery today. Unfortunately, she had a 2 hour wait. We FT’d afterwards and she is doing well. I continued to open up statements & bills and file them. We got rain 🌧️ today, yah!
We watched the 49ers lose 🏈😢 tonight. Last year they were in the Super Bowl and this year they will likely not even make the playoffs.
12/11/2024. Today I found out that I somehow entered an incorrect number on-line when paying my taxes and now they are overdue! I will have to pay a fine, but I can appeal it. I FT’d my sister 👩🏻, the husband took me for a walk and me took me to Summerhill Nursery to buy a Christmas cactus for our friend. We also dropped off a present for another friend.
My tenants sent me a wonderful package of chocolates and cookies!
I also sorted through bills and statements and filed them.
12/10/2024. I worked all day on taxes, completed them and uploaded everything. Our friend brought over a small Christmas tree for a gift.
12/09/2024. We had a planned outage again today. Fortunately they finished 2 1/2 hours early and I didn’t have to reset any of my devices 🎊🥳🎉! I went out to supervise, but they chased me away! PG&E had 3 bucket trucks 🛻 working this!

12/08/2024. I paid the property taxes and another bill 💸, updated the financials and prepared for the end of the year tax planning. The husband and I watched the Chiefs vs. the LA Chargers and again it was an extremely close win for the Chiefs. At various points today, my ribs hurt 😔 and they seem better tonight.
I FT’d with my sister 👩🏻. The husband took me for a walk to the end of the block and back.
12/07/2024. The husband took me for a walk to the end of the block. We shopped at TJ’s and Wal-Mart. My niece called me and both nephews texted me. I FT’d with my sister 👩🏻. After yesterday’s adventure, we were both VERY tired and my ribs hurt! We did call our friend because she had called me while I was in the emergency room. We also had a “zoom” meeting with our sister /sister in law to catch her up on our various activities,
12/06/2024. Today I planned to geocache with my friend. However, on the way over I felt very nauseous 🤢. After conferring with my sister I decided to get checked out at Stanford Emergency 🚨. My thought was that if there was something requiring an operation, I would like to get it done at Stanford. Things went pretty smoothly at first. The first CT scan with contrast couldn’t be done because the port that they inserted failed. They sent me back to get a new port installed, However, it was Friday evening and a number of trauma patients came in that naturally were given priority. This pushed back my CT scan. When all was said and done, I arrived home at 1:30 am! My husband was up too waiting for me. I kept him updated during this odyssey with text messages. The good news is that I kept myself entertained with FB “reels” and movies.
12/05/2024. Today was interesting 🧐. A large part of the Northern California coast received a tsunami 🌊 warning. The husband and I had just watched the special on the December 26, 2024 tsunami 🌊 so we were somewhat alarmed. The warning was due to an 7.0 earthquake off the coast near Ferndale. There were no injuries, but some damage in Ferndale. We called our friend who lives near there and all is well. The tsunami warning was cancelled pretty shortly.
I also updated several sites with square dancing information.
12/04/2024. I studied the Plus calls and attended class. I drove a friend home afterwards.
12/03/2024. I watered all the indoor plants and had a nice shower 🚿🧽. We got ready for the cleaners, they came, and the house looks great! I FT'd with my sister. I washed all the rags and mops. I continued working on our end of the year tax planning.
12/02/2024. I packaged up 2 returns and brought them to the UPS store in downtown. I finally got started on our end of the year tax planning.
12/01/2024. The husband took me for a nice walk around the neighborhood. We also drove to downtown to see the setup for the Christmas parade of lights. I had a nice shower 🚿🧼 and saw my wonderful hairdresser 💇🏻♀️. I shopped at TJs and the husband and I watched the 49ers lose by a big margin to the Buffalo Bills 🏈😢!

11/29/2024. I studied several more products for Black Friday and ordered them. The husband and I watched the Chiefs game 🏈. They just barely won. I watered the phaeleonopsis.
11/28/2024. Happy Thanksgiving 🍁🍂! I sent Thanksgiving text messages out to friends and family.
The husband took me for a brief walk and our niece called. I remembered all the Thanksgivings past with family and friends and today it’s just the two of us and our kitties 🐱! I watered the indoor plants. I also studied several products that I want to potentially order for Black Friday. I would like to replace our doorbell because it requires a subscription. However, I concluded that the ones I found weren’t suitable,
11/27/2024. It’s the day before Thanksgiving and I’m sad 😢 remembering all the family-filled Thanksgivings of years past. I put hydrogen peroxide in the 2 fountains and reattached the hose. I also sent out our Thanksgiving greetings.
11/26/2024. The husband and I shopped at Ace Hardware and SummerWinds Nursery to buy salt for our hot water heater and a present for our neighbor (Christmas cactus). We brought the present to him and he liked it very much. The husband and I watched episodes 3 and 4 of the Tsunami 🌊 documentary. It is quite interesting and sobering. The rupture was as long as the entire state of California. It is the 3rd largest earthquake in recorded history.
11/25/2024. I got up early today to go to Urgent Care for my back. I was the first patient there at 7:45 am. I saw a wonderful doctor 👨🏼⚕️, Dr. Thomas. He ordered x-rays 🩻 and they showed NO fracture 🥳🎊🎉! He said I had a contusion (basically a deep tissue bruise) and that about the 3rd day, the pain would decline. He was right, it is much better this afternoon and evening! Afterwards, I shopped at Wal-Mart and TJ’s. I didn’t get much sleep 😴 last night so I had to lovely afternoon nap 💤.

11/24/2024. The husband took me for a very brief walk today, as much as I could tolerate. We noticed that our neighbors car is very smashed and airbags were deployed. We reached out to them and learned that he got into a wreck in a parking lot. He is injured 🤕 and fortunately no one else is because several other parked cars were involved.
I’m still in a LOT of pain from my back injury. I called Urgent Care and the wait time was 1 1/2 hours. I decided to wait until tomorrow and to go when they first open.
We watched the Chiefs and 49ers play 🏈. The Chiefs won, the 49ers lost again 😢. The husband and I watched Episode 1 of the December 26, 2004 tsunami 🌊 .It was caused by a 9.2 magnitude earthquake in the Indian Ocean and the tsunami hit Southeast Asia. Some of the waves reached over 100 feet and there were multiple waves. 227,000 people died! This series consisted of videos from eye witnesses.
I also watched Yellowstone and I think this season is quite disappointing.
11/23/2024. I was in a lot of pain overnight. We worked on our CC statements (3!) and enrolled in our Part D plans for 2025. I placed an Amazon order for the husband.
11/22/2024. On this day November 22, 1963, President John F. Kennedy was assassinated. We remember that day well because it seemed like the whole world stopped.
Our wonderful plumbers 👨🏼🔧 were here all day today. They replaced our leaking hot water heater with a smaller sized hot water heater. In so doing, they needed to redo all the exhaust vents, much of the gas piping, and built a platform to level up the stand for the heater. They also installed a new recirculating pump, a water pressure reducer and a water monitor. The water monitor will let us know if we have any excessive water use, hence possibly preventing a flood inside. The whole thing was VERY expensive 💸. Our cats hid all day while the plumbers 👨🏼🔧 worked.
I fell against the pantry shelves and really hurt something in my back area 😓.
11/21/2024. I got a large bill from our water company that turned out to be an error. They had sent the bill from July which was VERY high because I left two outside hoses running all night!
I placed several Amazon orders.
11/20/2024. The husband took me for a nice walk around the ‘hood (steps = 8.2K). Our plumber came out to look at our leaky water heater and he is going to replace it. I studied the Plus calls and attended club. I also drove my square dancing friend home.
11/19/2024. I was quite traumatized today 😳😟! Calvey Heat called at 8 am because they had a cancellation and wanted to know if I wanted the appointment! I said YES! We have been freezing 🥶. We’ve been unable to turn on the downstairs heater since 10/29/2024 because the thermostat malfunctioned. Their technician 👨🏻🔧 Sal came over and fixed everything including doing a heater tune up and changing out the upstairs furnace filter. Sal did a great job!
Meanwhile, our cleaning folks came early, which I knew about. However, I had NO time between the two appointments so I was unprepared. I watered the downstairs plants, and had a nice shower 🧼🚿! The house looks great 👍. I washed the cleaning towels and mop heads.
11/18/2024. I walked today with our hiking 🥾 group and there were four of us (steps = 12.4K). We had coffee ☕️ at Peets, I did some banking 🏦, and shopped at Trader Joe’s.
11/17/2024. We watched the Chiefs and the 49ers 🏈 play. They both lost 😢! I filled out and emailed the rebate form for the sewer project at Pelton.
11/16/2024. Happy birthday 🎊🎂🎉🎁🥳🎈in heaven to our Dad. I made a nice picture collage and posted it on FB. The husband took me for a very long hike around the ‘hood (steps = 9.7K). We had to hurry me over to downtown Safeway for a pit stop.

11/14/2024. The husband took me for a long walk around the ‘hood (steps = 8.3K). My sister 👩🏻 had cataract surgery done in one eye 👁️ and everything went well 🙏.. I FT’d with her, watered all the indoor plants and the phalaeonopsis. Our wonderful window washer came today and washed all of our solar panels. I called Kohler to get the part number for the upstairs sink drain. Kohler is the only place that carries that and the shipping fee is $2.50 💸
11/13/2024. I made reservations for our Christmas 🎄holiday trip. I FT’d with my sister 👩🏻. She is getting ready for her cataract surgery tomorrow. I had a nice shower 🚿🧼, studied the Plus calls and attended club. I danced pretty well! I need to dance one more time a week.
11/12/2024. Happy birthday 🥳🎂🎁🎊🎈🎉 to our nephew. We called him today and had a great conversation. The husband took me for a short walk around the ‘hood (steps = 3.8K).
11/11/2024. Our cousin visited to work on a family history booklet with the husband. Meanwhile, I made 3 trips to True Value hardware to find an o-ring for the bottom of our sink stopper, The previous one was not holding water. I was unable to find the right one so I just purchased a large rubber drain stopper. The husband took me for a walk around the ‘hood (steps = 6.2 K). The husband and I watched the rest of the Netflix “alien” investigation series with George Knapp. It was an interesting series, but of course no real answers.

11/09/2024. I bad a nice shower 🚿 🧼 and saw my wonderful hairdresser 💇🏻♀️. I shopped at TJ’s afterwards. I also called the Home Depot to find out who was going to install our thermostat. I looked up the installer and the company has VERY BAD reviews. I cancelled the installation and will have a high rated company do it.
11/08/2024. Happy heavenly birthday to our Mom 🎊🎂🥳🎁🎉🎈🤗. I love her and miss her every day! I posted a FB message celebrating her birthday.
We had our windows, skylights, and window screens cleaned today. The gentleman did an outstanding job. The seal on several of the doors & windows 🪟 have failed. I called the window company to determine what we could do about that. The glass will be replaced for free 🆓 but there’s a charge for installation labor. I dug out my original receipts 🧾.

11/03/2024. The husband took me for a walk around the ‘hood. I did a deep dive into some of the things floating around my desk and found an uncashed check and a credit from Costco. I was pretty disgusted 🤮 with myself.
11/02/2024. I attended the SCVSDA meeting today from 10 am to 1 pm. The husband took me for a long walk around the ‘hood (steps = 7.3 K). A lot of the folks are removing their Halloween 🎃👻 decor.

10/31/2024 Happy Halloween 🎃 👻! I sent out Happy Halloween text messages, got my lighted witches🧙♀️hat ready and prepared the Halloween candy 🍫 (I have many pounds of it from Costco). I called the thermostat manufacturer again and he determined that the thermostat needs replacing. I made an appointment to get our the thermostat fixed, but I may either install it myself or have Home Depot do it. The repair company can’t be here until the end of November, 3 weeks away.
We didn’t get very many trick or treaters this year 😢. When we looked at the doorbell camera we discovered that several groups of kids came around the corner and then didn’t knock ✊; we don’t knknow why!

10/30/2024. The husband and I still aren’t feeling well following our COVID vaccines 💉 yesterday. Our furnace thermostat still doesn’t work. I tried to reset it to no avail. We drive up to San Carlos to pick up some mail for a friend and I stopped and got a HUGE frozen yogurt. My stomach hurt all night 🤢.

10/29/2024. The husband and I got our COVID vaccine 💉 today. We didn’t feel very well at all afterwards. My husband discovered that the downstairs heater thermostat is “frozen”. I called the manufacturer and they gave me some ideas about resetting it.
10/28/2024. I hiked with our group today at Rancho San Antonio. There were 4 of us. Our friend who travels frequently was there too! (Steps = 13.4K). I did some banking 🏦 and shopped at TJ’s 🛒. Unfortunately, I bought some spiced pumpkin 🎃 seeds & my stomach hurt 😔 for most of the day. I FT’d with my sister 👩🏻 and my niece, and washed clothes. It was a very busy day!

10/24/2024. We had a planned power ⚡️outage today from 9 to 5 to replace a pole strong enough to hold a new transformer. What an ordeal! Of course, I walked down there several times to assist 🤣🤣🤣. The husband pre-froze large bottles of water and ice to keep things in the refrigerator and freezer cold 🥶. The husband & I shopped at Costco also. I watered the phalaeonopsis.
It was great to have the power ⚡️back on and made me appreciate what we have! I had to reset several devices. Our sister / sister-in-law 👩🏼 is still pretty sick 🤢 with COVID.

10/21/2024. I walked with my hiking 🥾 group today at Rancho San Antonio (steps = 12.3K). The weather was perfect 🤩! There were just the three of us today. We had coffee ☕️ at Peet’s and I shopped at TJ’s.
Pottery Planet came over, scrubbed our two fountains ⛲️, drained them, and cleaned out the pumps. They look great.

10/19/2024. I shopped at TJ’s, rode my indoor bike 🚴 (steps = 4.8K) and FT’d with my sister 👩🏻.
10/18/2024. I didn’t sleep well last night and was tired all day 💤😴! The husband took me for a very short walk around the :hood (steps = 3.4K).
10/17/2024. I watered the indoor plants. My wonderful gardener relocated the rhododendron to the front yard. It looked like it was dying behind the redwood tree.
I made a number of calls and set up some appointments (window, screen, and skylight washing). The husband took me for a walk around the ‘hood (steps with stationary bike = 10.3K). The husband and I went out to Shoreline Park to view the comet ☄️C/2023 A3 (Tsuchinshan-ATLAS). There were some knowledgeable folks standing around us and we got good pictures.

10/16/2024. I visited my spine doctor 👨🏼⚕️ at Stanford in Redwood City. They took x-rays 🩻 and determined that everything was stable & continue my back exercises. Then I got gas ⛽️ at Costco and shopped there. I listened to the Plus calls on my way home. I FT’d my sister 👩🏻. I had a nice shower 🚿🧼 and attended club and did not dance very well 😢! I decided that I will attend 2 dances a week.

10/15/2024. The husband and I had a shopping excursion to Costco. I washed clothes and in the pm we watched a few UFO 🛸 documentaries. I updated the financials, finalized the Pelton water remediation spreadsheet, checked in for my doctor’s appointment tomorrow, and watered the phalaeonopsis. I’m VERY happy that the Pelton project is completed ✔️👍🎊🎉🥳!
10/14/2024. I saw the wonderful Dr. Sah today. All is well with my new knee and I probably just have some soft tissue still hurting. The husband took me for a walk around the ‘hood (steps with stationaryj bike = 7.3K). We met 3 doggies 🐶 too!

10/13/2024. I saw my wonderful hairdresser 💇🏻♀️, did my Amazon return at Kohl’s, and shopped at TJ’s. I FT’d with my sister 👩🏻.
10/12/2024. Post flu vaccine 💉, I was tired all day. The husband was too. I rescheduled my hair 💇🏻♀️ appointment. I also FT’d with my sister 👩🏻. We are both very sad about the passing of her best friend, LaVerna. They put her lovely house up for sale today 😢.
10/11/2024. My friend and I geocached today. We found 3 out of 3 caches, however they were all easy finds. It was GREAT fun 🤩!
The husband and I got our flu “procedure” at 4:30 🕟 pm. I rested afterwards.

10/10/2024. The husband and I had a nice walk around the ‘hood (steps = 8.6K, with stationary bike 🚴) and we picked tomatoes 🍅 at a nearby farm. I made appointments to get our flu shot 💉 tomorrow. We petted 3 doggies 🐶.

10/09/2024. The husband took me for a nice walk around the ‘hood (steps = 8.7K, with square dancing. We petted 3 doggies 🐶. I filled the outside fountains ⛲️. I also went to my optometry appointment. The excellent optometrist had a very difficult time finding any prescription for glasses 🤓 that would improve my vision. She did find small cataracts and referred me to Dr. Chang. Finding the cataracts was upsetting. Dr. Chang did both eyes for my husband.
I studied the Plus calls, and attended club. I did not dance well on the 1st tip, and definitely improved as the dance continued. I drove a friend home.
I made my final Amazon Prime day purchases.

I10/08/2024. I watered all the inside plants and prepared for the cleaners. The house looks great. I had a lovely shower 🧼🚿 and it was VERY hot 🥵 again today.
10/07/2024. I hiked with my friends at Rancho San Antonio. It did not go well. It was VERY HOT 🥵, and I was unable to do to continue about halfway up (steps = 11.4K). I skipped coffee ☕️ too😢. I felt OK after hydrating. I updated the Bows and Beaus Publicity in several different venues (SD-Bayarea & Where’s the Dance). I watered the phalaeonopsis. I also showed around a person to clean our windows 🪟.
10/06/2024. I washed clothes and had a nice shower 🚿🧼!
10/05/2024. I lost my PW to the Bows FB page. I reset it & all is well 👌!
10/04/2024. I made my eye 👁️ appointments. It took me a while to find my eye insurance number.
10/03/2024. I took my car in for routine maintenance 👨🏻🔧. All is well!
10/02/2024. We had a lovely lunch at Rick’s cafe with our friends. They are such great people. We went over all of our home / rental repair woes!
The new “no-contact voltage tester” arrived. After lunch, the husband installed the new CO/smoke detector 🥳🎉🎊! That was a 2 week endeavor. However, I did figure out what breaker they are on and I did fix my multi meter device.
I watered the phalaeonopsis and had a great text conversation with the cousin with whom I grew up.

10/01/2024. The CO/smoke detector adapter didn’t work. I called my friend to figure out the wiring. We are buying a new tool (non-contact voltage tester) to make sure there’s no power to it and then we’ll replace it. I watered all the indoor plants. It’s going to be very hot 🥵 for the next few days.
